Meeting the Elementals - A Visualization Exercise
Part 1 - Where Will Your Journey Lead You?
This is Part 1 of 2 step visualization to meet the Elementals in their beautiful heart-filled space & time. This has been modified from a meditation to a visualization for print purposes.
The Rainbow Gates of the Elemental Realms stand before you now. The gates are ready for you to enter this sacred space. Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Center your body and your awareness on these beautiful rainbow gates. Open them now. You slowly open the sacred gates and move your body down the path towards the enchanted crystal diamond lake in front of you. As you step forward, you begin to notice the towering trees all around you. They seem to whisper your name, beckoning you to come closer and walk through the path that they’ve carved out just for you. A small squirrel friend stands at your feet ready to walk with you towards the lake. With each step you take down the tree lined path, you become more intrigued at what’s all around you and in front of you. Take in all the sights, colors, smells and senses that are surrounding you now. This is the energy of the elementals. They reside here at the crystal diamond lake and they would like to welcome you to their home. Let’s pause for a minute. Wherever you are on the tree lined path is where you are meant to pause at this time.
Take a look around you.
Do you notice anything in your mind’s eye?
Do you sense any elemental here with you now?
The beautiful fairies are here and they are beginning to surround you, they welcome you to their sacred space and they want to shower you with fairy blessings. Right now, a group of beautiful nature fairies surround you, their wings fluttering as fast as hummingbird’s. Take a moment and rejoice in their playful laughter and their free-spirited energy - feel into their blessings. They surround you with diamond light and the energy of Mother Gaia, blessing you as a shamanic soul on Earth. They are thrilled that you have come to visit them in this magical place and they ask you to kindly be a steward of Gaia, as they are. Carry Gaia’s wisdom in your heart and remember that you are a caretaker of her soul, her essence, of her heart itself and remember that you came here in this lifetime to assist the elementals with this mission of reverence for Gaia. Humanity is reclaiming its sovereignty and our innate connection with Gaia. Feel her heartbeat through your own heart chakra.
In the stillness of this space, do you hear Mother Gaia’s heartbeat?
She thanks you for coming to the sacred kingdom of the elementals to convene with her and the caretakers of her abundance. If you feel called, you may thank Gaia now for hosting us in this sacred space of the elementals.
Thank you, Gaia, for your blessings and fortitude on our missions.
Gaia wishes you Godspeed and the fairies begin to fly away from your field, off into the distance. You see them dissipate and begin to walk the path in front of you once again, with your squirrel companion at your feet.
As you continue down the tree-lined path, you're in awe of energy that you feel all around you. The vivid colors, the beauty of this sacred place and the palpable high vibration of the trees and the plants. You continue on your journey. You are not far now from the lake, you see it getting closer and closer to the edge of the path. The trees begin to sing as you approach the lake, a gentle hum that sounds like a chorus. This gentle hum is welcoming you here now to the sacred Crystal Diamond Lake.
The sound from the trees is elevating the frequency here, connecting the light codes of Christ consciousness with all that IS in this space. There is a beautiful crystalline glow to the lake, as you see sparkles dancing all around it. Let’s pause here now. Your squirrel friend who’s accompanying you asks you to take a seat in front of the lake in the beautiful green grass that sits at its edge.
Please make yourself comfortable.
This is the place where you will connect with the elemental guide that wishes to work with you now.
Take this time to notice what comes into your awareness. Who is ready to connect with you here? Don’t dismiss anything that wants to show itself to you know. Allow your third eye to take over and your ego mind to take a back seat to the images unfolding all around you. Be open to the possibilities and who’s here to share this space with you.
